RacinesVietnam.com — Because Silence Leaves Scars That Never Heal
I don’t know where I come from. But I’m trying.
Some children ask a thousand questions.
Others keep them buried deep inside.
I grew up without asking.
I didn’t even know what I wanted to know.
They told me I was born in Vietnam.
But I didn’t know what that meant.
Not really.
In 2020, I left France.
Not for a destination.
But to disappear.

One day, I returned to Vietnam.
And I realized I wasn’t searching for a country.
I was searching for a name I never heard.
A gaze I forgot too soon.
A story with no beginning.
This site was born from that.
RacinesVietnam.com is what I wish I could have read
— back when I didn’t even know I needed it.

Not advice.
Not tourist itineraries.
But words. Real ones.
A Site Without Degrees, Without a Plan, Without Filters
I didn’t go to university.
I wasn’t trained to write.
I learned by falling, by leaving, by being alone.
This site — I built it with my hands, my doubts, my sleepless nights.
And yet, it lives.
And here you are.
This site only lives because of you

I’m not backed by any organization.
No brand. No ads.
Just you.
If these words resonate with you,
if you see a part of yourself in them —
then you can help me keep this alive.
Receive one honest message each month
A letter. A word. A breath.
No ads. No algorithms.
Just a thread between you and me.
You are here. It’s not a coincidence.
Maybe you weren’t searching for anything.
Maybe you were just curious.
But if you’re still here…
It means something resonated.
Maybe a gap. A wound. A root.
You can read.
You can share.
Or you can write to me.
